Podcast side effects
Today I started the day by fighting a headache in the middle of an exam after that I went to work for five hours. When I got home I needed to do a four page essay on my personal favorite historical moment so while starting my essay, the new RT podcast was up so I listened to the podcast, and I had a weird feeling of energy. The problem is now I finished my paper and I have some energy left I may go out for a run in a moment. So now I see that the gift the podcast grants me is a double edged sword.
